Job Description

3Sixty Networks were tasked to migrate MPLS service from current provider to Eircom throughout the Holland and Barrett stores in Ireland.

Requirements

To attend each of the Holland and Barrett stores in Ireland and configure onsite Cisco router, before completing connectivity test with Natures Best in America.

Planning

The project required 3Sixty Networks to develop and deliver the appropriate scope of works, method statement, risk assessment and installation schedule within the time scale.

Implement

The 3Sixty Networks engineer contacted each site informing the store manager of the upgrade and projected installation time.

The 3Sixty Network engineer confirmed the appropriate MPLS change was completed by Eircom and identified on site Cisco hardware. The engineer completed agreed connectivity plan before beginning migration of MPLS service.

The Cisco router was then setup with appropriate IP address and configuration changes on the router. The router connectivity was confirmed and the customer connectivity test plan was completed on new Eircom Service.

Review

The project was reviewed at the end of each day and appropriate action was allocated to the 3Sixty Networks team or required contractor.

Feedback

3Sixty Networks completed the project within budget and within the agreed time scale. We were happy the project was completed as agreed.
